Once installed, this module allows you to offer the sending of files to your customers.

A - Either the client can send his files linked to a basket or an order.

B - Either the client can send his files in his personal space in order to keep them (possibility of creating folders)

In the case: A

The file sending form allows:

  • previewing the files to be sent in batch
  • the link with the products of the order
  • Add comment on sent files

In the case: B

The file sending form allows:

  • previewing the files to be sent in batch
  • Add comment on sent files
  • creating and deleting folders
  • bookmarking some files

Functions in the backoffice:

  • Ability to view files directly from the order page
  • Ability to send files to the customer in connection with the order
  • Ability to delete client files

Module configuration:

  • You have the possibility to restrict the function of sending files in relation to the category of products of your shop
  • restrict the type of files sent against extensions
  • restrict the maximum size of the weight per file
  • restrict the total storage quota per client
  • prohibit deletion of files
